Bio

Katie Leigh Taylor was born in the coffee mecca of Seattle and spent half her life there then a good portion of it across the Sound in Bremerton. She has lived in both hugely populated cities and the extremely rural. She graduated from Olympic High School 92/300 (something) of the senior class of 2001. She moved to North Carolina after her graduation to live with her mother, stepfather and siblings. She moved out with a far-cry-from-nice nice guy whom she married and had her beautiful daughter. Katie and her ex are currenty separated and waiting for the legality of a one year seperation to pass before filing for her longed-for divorce. She is currently a junior at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC and the proud parent of 2-year-old Isabella. Katie is earning her degree in middle grades education and aspires to change the lives of children through teaching, ah, how poetic! She doesn't often refer to herself in the 3rd person like this so don't be TOO scared :)
